The final day of the APT started at three o'clock in the afternoon, when sixteen players bet on their progressive stacks and the fight for the title of champion started. Martin Borik, Roman Repáň, Štefan Bielich, Andrej Gecler, Mario Horvacki, Philipp Nikolic and Tomáš Sekáč finished in front of the gates of the final table. After Sekáč dropped out, a final table was set up, while chips were divided as follows:

  • Alan Sabo 1,875,000
  • Kucharík Ladislav 860,000
  • PayMyDreams 1,360,000
  • Očenáš Vladimír 1,235,000
  • Bečák Patrik 810,000
  • Mikic Vidan 1,335,000
  • Obrtlík Róbert 260,000
  • Anita M. 1,715,000
  • Fabok Vladimír 1,115,000

The first to leave the final group was Anita Mudrochová and took home 1,505€ for her performance. Ludovít Kucharík was ordered in short time behind her, when he bumped into the Bečáks queen with Ax 9x. Kucharík picked up a prize of  1,805€ and the chip leader Róbert Obrtlík Sr. joined eliminated trio, while taking home  2,180€ from Banco Casino!

The sixth place went into the hands of Vladimír Očenáš, who fought his way to APT via satellite for only 24€. He managed to turn them into a beautiful 2,860€! Patrik Bečák was ordered behind him, when his fives were not enough for Alan's combination Ax Tx. Ace on the flop decided that the 3,610€ reward would go into Patrik's pocket. Vlado Fabok also gave a good performance during the APT, finishing just before the important part - the last one carried a four-digit sum of 4,925€ for fourth place.

After the elimination of Fabok, the remaining trio agreed to stop time in the tournament hours and discuss about a deal. It did not take long for the deal to become a reality; rewards according to ICM:

  • PayMyDreams – 11,835€
  • Alan Sabo – 11,391€
  • Mikic Vidan – 11,030€

The agreement was confirmed, but the participants played overtime for 3,807€ and a trophy for the champion. The atmosphere was released, and Alan Sabo took third place.

In ten minutes, there was a final hand where we saw a big suckout on the river. Ax Kx 9x 9x on turn brought bet, all-in, call situation, and in the showdown Vidan turned 9x 7x, while PayMyDreams had Ax Kx. However, poker luck was on the river, where an ace landed, which sent Vidan Mikic to second place.
