Everything has an end and even the largest and most prestigious poker festival Slovak Series Of Poker has had its last day of play, where we met the last two SSOP 2019 champions.

The Slovak Series Of Poker Main Event brought in a record number of entries in Main Event; 889 entries were created by the poker community from around the world. The 177,800€ prize pool was redistributed among 89 of the most successful players, and the largest sums were redistributed yesterday under the spotlight of cameras. Everyone was anxiously expecting who would take home the SSOP gold bracelet and a reward of 30,632€.
The final day of the SSOP Main Event kicked off at three o'clock in the afternoon, when the last 24 players sat on their places behind their stacks. Each of them had a certain 1,154€, but everyone had higher ambitions. Gradually, Karas, Hyun Seo, Picek, Ilanovský, Hesam, Fáber, Sekáč, Bednár, Georgiev, Savic, Žatko, Caverzaghi, Melichar, Koskiniotis, Tutko said goodbye to the tournament until the last nine players were profiled and moved to the last table so called “TV tournament”.

After setting up the final table of the SSOP main event, Patrik Kuník, Ioannis Avgousti, Erich Wingartner, Lukáš Horváth, Jaromír Šitavanc, Richard Miklošovič and gradually the best placed home player Marián Flešár, were eliminated. Mari took home 13,396€ for his performance!
After he dropped out, the remaining couple of players of Křístek from the Czech Republic and Candelari from Italy agreed on a deal with an almost equal share and an overhaul of 5,233€ together with a gold bracelet. No one would say that almost a five-hour heads-up would follow this agreement at the end of which the Italian player Francesco Candelari raised the trophy above his head.
Francesco Candelari became the champion of the Slovak Series Of Poker Main Event, leaving behind a huge playing field and taking home 29,077€ from Banco Casino Bratislava, the title of champion and the SSOP symbol - a gold bracelet!

In addition to the final day of the Slovak Series Of Poker, there was also an attractive and dynamic SSOP 6-MAX on the program. The last title of SSOP champion was thrown in front of the poker community as well as the last SSOP Card protector for only 60€ + 6€. The six players at the table mean a wide range of hands in poker and very attractive games.
Six Max recorded a large number of poker enthusiasts, who created a prize pool of 7,380€, as they registered together 123 times. After ten hours of heads-up play, two home players Jaroslav Holub and Boris Gál collided. The second named managed to finished better and added the second title to his account. The SSOP 6-Max champion became Boris Gál; leaving with 1,881€, a title and a special SSOP Card protector from Banco Casino. Congratulations!
