The poker field met yesterday at the Banco Casino to play the finals for a beautiful prize pool, while all participants were in paid positions, each with a certainty of 120 Euros. Well-known names of the Slovak poker scene, as well as several foreign players also won the way to the freeroll, including two-time champion Neba Ankucica, who took the lead at the beginning of the day. Players received a starting stack, which ranged from 5,000 to 35,000 chips, depending on their ranking.

The three o’clock in the afternoon a poker match started, where all of the participants had a Masters structure with 20-minute blinds. Even though it was a freeroll, there were quality poker fights at the tables, since the 101 most successful poker players of the last year met. The players dropped out slowly and after seven hours the final table was formed.

It took less than three hours to unravel the mystery of the final table of the final tournament of the Masters League, and in heads-up two Andrejs - Paška and Cintula - collided. Gentlemen came to an agreement and divided prize in equal parts of 5,000€; followed by 500€ overtime race, where Andrej Cintula came out happier from this duel, collecting 5,500€ for his performance and a 165€ ticket to the Banco Casino Masters.
