On the flop 7h 4s 2d with 17,000 in the pot, Fabio Muhr after a moment moves his 22,000 across the line. Molenaar snap-calls with Qx Qx, and Fabio holds Jx Jx. After the turn Ax and river 7c, Muhr is out, and Molenaar adds to his stack.
