The PPC Main Event 500,000€ GTD has finished its Day 1B flight. A total of 180 players participated and the best eighteen of them advanced. The chipleader of this flight became Jakub Kwasniowski with a stack of 1,126,000. Flight 1C – Turbo attracted a total of 38 players and four of them will advance. Today, the PPC Deepstack with a 250€ buy-in and a 25,000€ guarantee is prepared for you starting at 16:00. At 17:00 the PPC Main Event 1D will begin, and at 23:00 Flight 1E – Turbo starts. Mladen opened to 24,000 from EP, Robin shoved his roughly 110,000, and Alain Pujol reshoved behind him for about 150,000. After a short moment of thinking, Mladen decided to call with 9x 9x. Robin held Ax Qx and Pujol had Ax Kx. The final runout of the night was Qx Jx 2x Tx 4x, giving Pujol a straight, eliminating Robin, and leaving Mladen alive on an ultrashort stack.

On the turn Ad Td 7d 3h there was about 90,000 in the pot and Prateek Tibrewal from the big blind bet 34,000. Jakub from the small blind called at a slow pace and on the river 9c he bet 100,000 even more slowly. The Indian player needed several minutes to think and eventually called, but it was not enough against Tx 9x.

Lopez Escuer got his 165,000 in with Jx Jx against Častvan’s Ax Kx. The board 7x 5x Qx 2x 6x held for the pocket pair and Častvan was left with about 15,000, which he lost in the following hand.

Karl opened from EP to 15,000 and only Jakub Kwasniowski joined. On the flop 7h 5h Kd Karl continued for 15,000 and Jakub quickly paid. They both checked the turn Tc and on the river 5d Karl bet 15,000 again. Jakub needed more than two minutes to think, but eventually let his cards go.
