Alf Jacobsen first lost a significant portion of his stack with Ax 9x against Johnny's Jx Tx on a board of Qx 9x 8x Xx Xx. Shortly after, Alf moved his remaining 500,000 into the middle with fours. Johnny reshoved from the SB, and Brahim sadly folded sixes from the BB. Alf showed fours, Johnny showed twos, and after the board 5x 7x 4x Qx 2x Tx, Johnny hit precisely and ended Alf's Day 2 run.

Zoran Sajn limped, Johnny opened to 500,000, and Zoran called. On the flop 2x 2c 3c, Johnny bet 620,000, and Zoran called again. On the turn 5x, Johnny effectively pushed 2,400,000, and Zoran snap-called with Ac 5c. Johnny held sevens, and after the river Qc, Zoran was left very short-stacked. However, he managed to spin it up in the following hands and continues in the tournament. During this session, Oguzhan Dastan exited the tournament, leaving us with just one elimination until the end of Day 2.
