Maksym Ronshyn has become the new Polish Poker Cup champion, turning €150 into an impressive prize of more than €64,000. Banco continues its action, and in mid-September an extraordinary two-week poker marathon begins – the Epicbet Club Championship followed by the 45th edition of Banco Casino Masters. From 16–29 September, Banco Bratislava will be buzzing with poker!
The Summer Polish Poker Cup Main Event once again set the bar high, with poker players from around the world registering a total of 4,013 entries, creating a massive €505,638 prize pool. Yesterday, the final nine players took their seats at the final table, and you could follow the livestream from Banco Bratislava.
Following the August festival, an exceptionally strong September awaits. From 16–21 September, EPICBET Club Championship will make its debut at Banco Bratislava. This brand-new international festival is expected to attract hundreds of foreign players and further strengthen Banco Bratislava’s international reputation.
Immediately after that, the legendary Banco Casino Masters will take place from 22–28 September 2026. The 45th edition of this traditional series will feature a €250,000 Main Event with the traditional €170 buy-in, the popular €2,600 Chipleader Bonus in every flight, and the atmosphere that has made Masters one of the most iconic poker tournaments in Slovakia.
Banco has also announced the Polish Poker Championship 2026, where the €500,000 Main Event will have a buy-in of just €150!
At the beginning, local player Boris Zelený was the chipleader, holding as many as 45 million chips and, on paper, being the closest player to winning the title.
The final four players agreed on a deal and played out the remainder of the tournament, with Maksym Ronshyn achieving the best finish. He took home a total of €64,779, a Road to Dubai package, and a ticket to the upcoming Epicbet Club Championship. Congratulations!
