The main event France - Benelux Masters registered 1,148 entries after all the opening days, thus the guarantee was resisted by a few euros. From the opening days to yesterday's Day 2, 115 contenders for the title of champion qualified. After the entire registration was closed, Banco Casino published the payout structure for 115 advancers, where today the champion is waiting for a great reward of 24,354€. The second day of play started at four o'clock, when all the participants unpacked their chips acquired in the previous days. Small, medium and large stacks of chips appeared on the tables, and after the opening words, those present started the eliminations with vigor. They did not keep each other waiting and already in the opening minutes the loud "seat open" was heard several times.

 

With the increasing time, which meant the increase of blinds level by level, the tension of who will advance to Day 2 also grew. The 16 free advancement places meant "bloody battles" at the tables, in which players did not give anything to each other. Everyone wanted to grab the largest possible portion of the total number of chips in the tournament and create the best possible starting position before today's finals. The best starting position in the final day was secured by Marián Flešár, and together with 15 other candidates for the title of champion of France - Benelux Masters, they will present themselves in a direct fight today from 16:00. Fingers crossed for the finalists!
