A core part of the Polish Poker Cup is the highly anticipated High Roller event. With a traditional buy-in of €400, it always draws a big crowd, creating not only a fantastic atmosphere but also a large prize pool. The €40,000 guarantee was crushed early on, and by the end, a total of 186 entries were recorded, resulting in a €63,240 prize pool. Today, the final nine players will return to compete for the High Roller title, with €15,240 going to the winner. Sitting at the top of the chip counts is Slovak player Martin Ilavský. Good luck to all finalists!

The Slovak Series of Poker has represented the official Slovak Poker Championship since 2016, when this prestigious brand was born. At the start of September, the global poker community can look forward to the eighth edition of this highly anticipated series. A packed schedule will include bracelet events, where winners not only receive big cash prizes but also a special SSOP 2025 bracelet—an iconic mark of poker excellence. Additionally, the most successful player of the entire festival will earn the title of SSOP Player of the Year 2025 and receive a "Golden Passport" worth more than €3,000, granting them entry into SSOP 2026.
The centerpiece of the festival will be the SSOP Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of €300,000. What makes it even more exciting is the exclusive Chipleader Bonus worth €3,600, awarded in each flight from 1A to 1K. The player with the most chips at the end of each flight will receive €2,100, the second most will get €900, and the third €600. These bonuses are paid out immediately after the flight ends, so top performers are rewarded on the spot.

Beyond the Main Event, players can also look forward to premium tournaments like the €1,000 buy-in NLH and PLO High Roller events with €20,000 guarantees each. The festival will also feature poker highlights such as the Slovak Championships in Pot Limit Omaha, Deepstack, Freezeout, the €20,000 GTD Mystery Bounty, the Heads-Up Championship, and the Tag Team Championship, which is open to all poker lovers.

Registration for the PLO and NLH High Roller events, Heads-Up Championship, and Tag Team Championship is now open. Players can sign up by emailing info@bancocasino.sk or directly at the casino with the floor managers.
